Something Wicked by Zeffon

i. Chemical Rain

The following journals are that of a woman named Madeline. She was apparently daughter of royalty, but she became obsessed with the unknown. Apparently, she recovered, but these journals still reflect her mental state.

ii. Something Wicked

As Reve pushed through the branches and leaves, she became unsettled by the groaning and creaking either brought on by the wind in the old trees, or something else that had yet to be explained. There wasn't a lot of time to dilly-dally, though. Reve had come to accept that Gaine was dead, not by any conventional means, but by an ancient foe, one that desired a human body that it was not born with.

iii. Burning Fire of Fires

A pistol that was used to shoot DU was found the other day. It was dirty and cloven to the point of disappointing consequences. I hate to say it, but I am SICK and tired of these fires that keep turning down the iron sheets that they use in the factory. The fires are very keen about this.

iv. Glass Bottle

The trees were getting thicker. Surely there was some point to this. You only ventured this far east of Lavu in order to talk to a ghost. This was a very important ghost, one that you had met as a child. It was only recently that you had a dream about the ghost again, and it felt so real, you felt it was necessary to run all the way out here. But that isn't the only reason you would come out here. There's someone else somewhere in the trees. They're following you. And you know it.

v. Treasure Trove

The unknown is an entity of various beings. The I is a single being, but cannot be destroyed. Apparently, there is a treasure hold in the Gum Bay. The Gum Bay is part of an island made through the processes of Muagarah and Eresymcaion. It exists, but it struggles to keep its head above water. In the end, it insulates the wooden heads and rotting corpses beneath it.

vi. The Long Road Home (Execution)

There's a trail beneath the trove island. It is called Sumine, and it is for all the souls who are cloven. I am lost as well, but I did not entirely understand the bearing that my existence had on the end of the long road home.

vii. Orchid Pact

As much as I don't understand, I wish to obtain help and assistance for my predicament. It pains me, but I must see my mother.
