New Physics by Zebulon Kosted

As the war on Yawzerok stretches on into even more frigid winter months Vrozlydian Emperor Zebulon Kosted decides to extend the high energy field surrounding his base into the cosmos, creating a space shield. This is meant to facilitate the delivery of clandestine weapons that may turn the tide of the war in a covert and protected manner. King Utryn of Synthos is aware of these shipments and has dispatched his invisible ships, the so called Dark Runners, to probe along the beams perimeter for weaknesses and send back reconnaissance on what is being transported. The obdurate master of the Yawzerokians, Belsever, a military genius in the strategies of guerilla tactics, has caused such calamity to befall both sides that many of his warriors see him as truly unbeatable. A number of complicating factors have contributed to the current stalemate in hostilities. The use of advanced sonic munitions, developed during the war to replace existing armaments, has caused misery for all warring sides. The Things, still unexplained and unseen polar beings, have recently deployed incredible matter transformation techniques. Melting objects have fused obliquely creating statues of horrific beauty. Terrifying abstraction has gripped the minds of the off world Synthetic and Vrozlydian soldiers who bear witness to these macabre sites and sounds. It is becoming apparent that the side last standing, and foolish enough to crown themselves the victor of these battles, will be the manipulators of the most advanced new physics.
