"baraku" is a four track EP based around audio samples taken from the 1976 Japanese documentary God Speed You! Black Emperor.
The legality of the samples? Numerous attempts made to contact director Mitsuo Yanagimachi were unsuccessful, the film appears to be openly distributed and sold around the internet without a nominated rights holder and the project here has been designated Attribution Non Commercial through Creative Commons.
