Body + Mind by Prest

‘Body + Mind’ is nothing but a percussive journey around four different soundscapes that mark the match between both of these two elements.

There is a dualistic relationship between the human body and mind. Mind controls processing, ideas and consciousness; Body comprises all the physical aspects of the brain.

They exist as separate entities, but they are indissolubly linked to each other and they can find meeting points on multiple art forms. The “+” sign has an important role in the relationship between them. It refers to the high-energy music and it provides a real bond.
