Monster by Witchorious

“Monster” was written as one of the last tracks for our upcoming album. We wanted to create a heavy rock doom metal song, dark and aggressive, much inspired by Black Sabbath with more modern rhythms and vocals like Jinjer and Parkway Drive, to represent our style and be our lead single for the album release.

About the lyrics:
We all have someone who disgusts us because of their actions, someone who dominates us, puts us down, takes advantage of others, abuses their power... Someone we can also be jealous of. The narrator is addressing this 'monster', the person he hates so much. But isn't he also talking to himself? Everyone can be good or bad, depending on the context. Everyone has their dark side!
