San Francisco Bay Area-based jazz/folk poet Wendy Beckerman’s devotion to songwriting began in the late 1980's in the Greenwich Village folk scene surrounding Fast Folk Musical Magazine (Smithsonian). Her voice is pure and direct, and her songs melodic and insightful, turning everyday moments into meditations on life.
