In theory, if you had an infinite number of monkeys in a room equipped with typewriters, eventually one or two of them would replicate some of the world's greatest literature. We're trying to do the same thing musically, just with a lot less monkeys and a few musical instruments. LIke it or don't. We just like hanging out together and making a racket, and if you enjoy it too all the better.
