音楽制作ツールの一つとしてRenoiseを初めて手にしてから10年が経ちました。当初は制作の中心ではなかったものの、時を経てほぼ100曲に及ぶスケッチの源となりました。今回のアルバムでは、それらのアイデアの一部を再構築——DAWでトラックを作り直し、ミキシングやマスタリングに新たな手法を試み、シンセサイザーによるボーカルや微分音要素の実験も交えました。

そうした試みはさておき、私の目標は単純明快でした。聴いて楽しめる、心に残る楽曲を作ること。もしこの中から、ほんの数曲でもあなたの「お気に入り」リストに加われば、この上ない喜びです。

It’s been ten years since I first picked up Renoise among the tools I make music with. At first it wasn’t central to my process, but over time it became the source of nearly a hundred sketches. For this album, I reworked some of those ideas—rebuilding the tracks in a DAW, trying new approaches to mixing and mastering, and even experimenting with synthesized vocals and microtonal elements.

All that aside, my goal was simple: to make songs that are enjoyable and engaging. I’d be delighted if a few of them find their way into your favorites.
