Giuseppe Capriglione, known under the moniker SKREI, returns with a devastatingly introspective and sonically punishing new album, ASH. Released in collaboration between Italian avant-noise powerhouse Dio Drone and the boundary-pushing label VūMantra Records, this 14-track work is a meditative descent into the residues of existence—where pain, transformation, and dissolution converge into a haze of dissonance and ritualistic noise. The album will be available digitally and in a limited-edition cassette format, emphasizing the raw, tactile nature of the project.

ASH , second chapter of a trilogy started with "Burning as undead", explores themes of impermanence and erosion—what remains of the self when the body has burned, when memory has faded, and only silence remains. Blending harsh noise, deep drone, industrial rhythms, and ambient textures, SKREI once again asserts his singular voice in the contemporary noise scene. This is not music to consume; it's music to survive.

The album ASH will have its premiere live performance on May 22nd at OHM Berlin, during the VūMantra Records Night—a fitting location for an album rooted in industrial atmosphere and transcendent decay.
