Julien Pannetier, better known as VIQ (www.viqmusic.net), brings a fresh perspective to the electronic and indie music scene. Born and raised in France, VIQ grew up surrounded by music, splitting his time between skateboarding and drawing inspiration from electronic pioneers such as LORN, Justice, Daft Punk, and others. At the age of 15, he picked up his father’s guitar—and never put it down.
