Vinny Villbass is a pivotal figure in the Oslo scene as a DJ, producer and promoter behind several key clubs nights. He’s an accomplished recording artist with releases on Eskimo and Trunkfunk and some of his other accolades include working with the experimental electronic artist Pantha Du Prince. He is a selector with a penchant for vinyl as well as a skilled live act and he has a real grasp on all forms of dance music which is why he has such a versatile sound.
This super first taste of the forthcoming album is a deep and lush house gem. The grooves are smooth and effortless, the chords rich in emotion and Villbass's naive vocals act as a longing scream for some serious social escapades after two years behind digital barriers. It is a tune for the early mornings that will swell the hearts of all dancers. On the flip, the instrumental version stands for itself, building from tribal deep house and turning into pure bass-driven love.
