Lullabies by Vincent Nyer

For about two years now, I've gotten into the habit of playing guitar before going to sleep. I usually improvise freely, avoiding judgment about my own playing and focusing on the sounds the guitar produces as a form of self-meditation/medication. I have found this practice to be very effective when it comes to disconnecting from the events, informations, messages, screens, ect..., we deal with during the day and in a way, cleansing yourself from that noise. Over time, short melodies started to form and recur in those late night free improvisations, so I decided to record and release this collection. I can only hope these lullabies will find you the same way they found me.
