flow by NOMAS
"NOMAS - flow" is the conclusion of the first-ever class of the Nordic Master in Folk Music - an inter-nordic joint program between the Sibelius Academy in Finland, the Royal Academy of Music in Sweden, the Ole Bull Academy in Norway, and the Carl Nielsen Academy of Music in Denmark. NOMAS are the students and musicians of this first class, 2007-2009. The album "flow" is both a documentation and a statement of their shared Nordic musical identity and their personal artistic fusion. The tunes are mostly their own compositions with a few old traditional inputs.
It's also the first album I ever produced.
