We dive in the water with the lamp light flickering.
Heavy water burns my skin,
I can feel the sudden change.

In the depths and light starts to fade,
Feeling weak from the radiation.
We both know the price that we’ll pay,
to give some hope to this crumbling nation.
Going Under...
No one will ever know,
the sacrifice we made.
No statues in our name,
No ticker tape parade.
And we can only pray,
It wasn’t all in vain...

a twenty mile radius evacuation.
