Panic Attack from The Parousia by Blake

Having panic attacks was one of the worst things I’d ever experienced in my life. I tried to express some of the horror in this song. Fortunately, I discovered they are just a trick your mind plays on you owing to a misinterpretation of the fight or flight response. Unfortunately, this information wasn’t easily discovered. I went through some unnecessary experiences (and money) before I discovered the truth about the condition, i.e. it isn’t a ‘condition’, it’s just your body behaving as it’s programmed to.
