Bow Down by The Strange
The fourth studio album from McKay and Nordin, Bow Down was recorded by jchristopherhughes in Milwaukee at Post Historic Studios and in various secret locations in Detroit.
By this time, Hughes has become what McKay and Nordin describe as “a third member of the band”.
Recorded in 3 days, this album is raw and mixes influences like 70’s rock like Zeppelin on Bluebird with the ghost-like “Vampire” and upbeat “Yesterday” and “Hot Dress”.
