♡ this is an album of miniature songs about miniature things and miniature moments. i don't take myself seriously enough to comment on life's meanings, but i do believe in sharing my accounts of the moments that make up my memories, which make up my experience, which make up my personhood. as i wrote this, i decided to change the album title from "cowabunga" to "moments". it's got flute, drum machine, ukulele, my(?) voice, cat purrs, foghorns, harsh noise, soft noise, 8-bit sounds and even an old jazz tune.

♡ a couple moments that inspired this album are: frantically checking my snake's temperatures, a text to my best friend that i kept rewriting, a sunset on a 9-hour drive that i love so much, a candle-lit ritual, and a now-distant view of a skyscraper i used to live right next to.
