テオ・ヌーグラーと追湾及 by Theo Nugraha x Itaru Ouwan

テオ・ヌーグラーは、ボルネオ出身のメディアアーティスト、ノイジシャン、作曲家。植物を含む特異な機材を使ったノイズでアジア各域でパフォーマンスをしており、マラン・サブ・ノイズ、ジョグジャ・ノイズ・ボミング、クアラルンプールの実験映画と音楽のイベントKLEXなどで演奏している。また多くのノイズ作家、即興演奏家とのスプリットやソロもあり、トゥー・ダイ（ジョグジャ）やアリス・チャン（台南）とのリリースもある。

追湾及はエッセイスト、ノイズコラージュ作家、東京在住。英フリージャズバンド、オークワード・ゲイシャでパーカッション、ボイス担当。外套名義でノイズコラージュを作成、またサウンドアート関連についてのエッセイや、ヴァンデルヴァイザー楽派についてのトークイベントなども行っている。

Theo Nugrah is a media artist, noisician, writer, and composer from Borneo. He play noise with various kind of instruments, including plants, and around Asian countries; at Malang Sub Noise, Jogja Noise Bombing Festival, KLEX etc., and release split with various noise artist incl. To Die, Alice Chang, and many solos. He is interesting in communication and broadcasting as media artist.

Itaru Ouwan is an essayist, noise-collage artist from Tokyo, a member of free jazz band Awkward Geisha. His activity begun in 2008, writing essay about sound art, improvisation, especially Ensemles 2009, Sapporo International Art Festival 2017 on his blog, talks in session at Ftarri about Wandelweiser etc. He make noise-collage track as Gaitoh or Overcoat.
