At lower heights you might think yourself a pro
But hubris is deadly the longer you go

At twenty five hundred meters or above
You react to the air, or lack thereof
You start to feel dizzy, tired and nauseous
Remember, no one died from being cautious

So close to the peak, but nevertheless
If you start to feel symptoms, plan your egress
Altitude sickness

So don't risk your health, if you're underprepared
That mountain is not going anywhere
The sun only rises on another day
If you get home safe
