This equation of Sound Healing from Jonathan Goldman enriched and activated many aspects of what I now integrate into my practice. His formula which is paired down from so many ancient practices that have come before but stated so simply, has been a beautiful mantra to pass on to others. This session was recorded during a time when the subject of the vulnerability of the Heart was at the forefront of many sessions I was facilitating. I was inspired to dedicate this session to all those I have bared their most vulnerable parts of themselves to allow my being to be a witness as they looked into themselves to untie the knots of their heart.

The intent in playing the notes that most activate and soothe the Heart Chakra were used in this recording.
