Residential Elk by The Crimson Rod

Suburban Deer is my mathgaze project. I mention it here because this was originally the second Suburban Deer album, but it wasn't coming along quite right so I made a different second album and planned to release this third. Then I had a better third coming along and with this being fourth the quality would just be such a weird drop, so now it's a Crimson Rod album instead because this place apparently has zero standards. I sincerely don't think it's a bad album and consider several of the songs here to be among my favorites but it probably takes a special kind of person to enjoy this music and statistically speaking you're not that person. But if you are, enjoy! Better to release niche jank that someone might like than to keep them from ever finding out, yeah?
