Molecular Meditations by Technomind has a set of drone-like sounds embedded with three types of brainwave stimulation methods: Binaural Beats, Isochronic Tones and Harmonic Box X Pulses. It was designed to help you relax and meditate whenever you want. A drone is a kind of sound where a note or chord is continuously sounded throughout most or all of a piece. It's continuous and sometime monotonous characteristic is great to keep you relaxed and focused without the distractions that music can cause.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Most people experience this state just after waking and right before sleep.

Binaural beats are a type of brainwave entrainment that uses two separate sounds to form a third sound inside your brain. Isochronic tones do not depend on the interaction of tones to form a beat. Actually, a beat is formed due to the use of audio modulations. Contrary to the popular belief, Isochronic tones tend to be more effective in inducing entrainment than Binaural Beats. In the book Awakening Mind, James Mann describes a different entrainment method named Harmonic Box X. This method incorporates both Monaural and Binaural Beats, in a harmonic formation.
