What you are seeking now

She could read my feelings
Her gazing, a deep black void
Old eyes have endured fears
That would tear souls apart

Although wisdom is unspoken
Her voice now surrounds me
Each breath, a new breakthrough
Each waking is a brand-new start
I dance with my demons,
Trying to play my part
Embracing the reason,
Learning to trust my heart

Part II – Ghosts
Fear is a place where mind demons stand
Out of grace, they awake
They await, breeding hate
Hearts unmade, night and day
Hand in hand, forming bands
Farming sand
They create false demands
Feeding hatred from misunderstanding
The frustrated compensate
Shame and blame
With furious morals to spread their hate
