I have anxiety. My son suffers from anxiety (sometimes debilitating). He mentioned to me that he gets really nervous talking on the phone sometimes (especially with his female friends). I know that feeling. Your brain goes all wonky and starts to mess with you, and you're afraid you'll screw up.
