Ghost Tone by Takuma Ebisawa
This album was created by importing the sound of SD-040 Color cassette tapes onto a hard disk and re-editing them.
After considering how to reuse the cassette tapes, which originally had a strong hissing noise characteristic, initially planned to produce another work (this album "Ghost Tone" ) using fragments of the sounds from the SD-040 Color cassette tapes as the sound source. However, when I actually listened to the SD-040 Color cassette tape, I found it to be a very interesting sonic experience, and I sold as limited edition of three SD-040 Color cassette tapes here June 17, 2025.
This piece is related to SD-040 Color, and in fact, this piece was the completion of my image.
"Ghost Tone" is a playback sound that repeats an end and a beginning.
