EP pt1 by STARMAN DIVES

This ep was written over a transitional period between Australia and the UK mainly through 2018. The bulk was recorded live at Cherry Tree studios in Kent between January 2019 with the final track being recorded in August 2019. Twelve songs were originally written which were whittled down to five for the ep, but we couldn't not add 'For you' with the new guitar solo by the Devo and a revival of an old Kerr's Cur favorite 'I see you all'.

For the concept cover we wanted something that showed the bands ongoing anger at how various political parties treat the populous and the general apathy toward the ongoing destruction of life as we know it driven by those who lead. With the title track to the ep being 'Deadly' and the recent disaster which hit Australia and affected countries beyond we came across a picture which shows exactly how we feel. The smoke looking like an unstoppable predator sweeping through our way of life with nothing and no one able to stop it, but human resistance found a way which to us symbolises that if we stand as one we can make change.

Anyway, the ep is performed from the heart,so be kind, come one, come all and enjoy.
