this is an album that (mostly) scraps the relentless fast distortions and glitches of dj smoke alarm's previous albums, and replaces it with a rather down-to-earth approach, which compliments his other works beautifully, more so than ever before. introducing melolagnia.

in just under a year, dj smoke alarm has spat out enough breakcore tracks (that don't sound the same, actually!) to pull together this compilation, which he didn't create without his friends - everyone gets a say on melolagnia! with a few featuring artists thrown on the mix to crank up the craziness, it's wild, it's wacky, it's crazy, but most importantly, it's (in his own words) his best release! regardless, prepare for a kamikaze of mashed up hits like never before!
