The saxophone and drum duo of Aram Shelton (US) and Ole Mofjell (NO) approach improvisation with a unique energy to create extroverted music via harmonically charged saxophone and hyper-kinetically driven drums. Mofjell’s drumming is characterized by a virtuosic blend of power, velocity and finesse while Shelton’s alto utilizes a variety of advanced techniques to challenge preconceived notions of the instrument.
