seaside hymns by Simon Aulman

Really this is another in that series of "Hym..." albums, and it sounds fairly similar to those, but it was made more loosely - those previous albums were made in short bursts of intense work, perhaps 8 or 9 tracks per day, but this album was much more laid back - the odd new track was added at odd new moments etc - and I've not heard it all the way thru or anything and my guess is that it probably is more drifty and unfocused, it'll take a few weeks to find out whether it's good or brilliant or crap.
