FREEDOM by ShyShy
This was a home recorded project by my husband Alex "The Wave" and myself. We both have the same passions in music and this is my very first ever music release. We created the EP "Freedom" around our busy family life.
Our close friend Charles (Chid of Hyena Kill) came to stay with us and laid down some bass flavah which connect so beautifully with the music.
The track "Don't want to know" is a cover of the late legend himself "John Martyn" It is in honour of him.
The lyrics are an expression of life experiences and daily reminders to myself. Being able to express feelings through music i love has been very healing. I hope the EP brings much zen to you too!
