Connection by Disrupta & Javeon

There’s no denying that the next gen of talent putting their stamp on the drum and bass scene right now are exciting. Bringing fresh ideas and an inclusive attitude, we’re hearing music well beyond the years of these young producers. Disrupta is one of them, and despite being in his early 20s, he’s already released on labels including Shogun, Hospital, V Recordings, Born on Road and UKF. We’re stoked to reveal he is returning to Shogun for another single on our Shogun Origins series, and it will be launching our 2022 calendar in style.

Following on from the success of “Changes” with DRS earlier this year, “Connection” sees Disrupta link up with a different (but just as amazing) vocal talent in Javeon. This sweet jazzy number is yet another example of the versatility Disrupta is oozing of late. It doesn’t matter what style of D&B he makes, you know a Disrupta release is going to hit the right levels even before you’ve pressed play! It’s the reason why you’ll see his name booked on the biggest line-ups alongside iconic players in the scene. Expect big things in 2022 from one of D&B’s brightest stars.
