These lyrics were inspired by an official visit to the Long Bay Forensic Hospital that houses patients with Mental Health challenges..If you listen to the lyrics, hopefully they convey that "Im ok, Im not so ok" state of mind that so many people endure daily.....Much love to them and their families. If only there was no need for such institutions.
