Night Deepening by Scott Lawlor

for piano day, I present these 6 tracks which were improvised between June 5 and July 6, 2024 and were mostly responses to various Naviar Haiku challenges over that time.

White Petals was inspired by naviar Haiku 545
Sounding Silence was inspired by naviar Haiku 548
Night Deepening was inspired by naviar Haiku 547
Hanafubuki was inspired by naviar Haiku 546
Out of Distant Dreams was inspired by naviar Haiku 544
Dust among the Stars is a reinterpretation of a solo piano piece called Stardust composed by Kostas Panagiotou which I have his blessing to include in this collection.
