The Saint Paul, consisting of core members Paul Kuhs, Marc Schleser and their live drummer Hendrik Strehl, have established themselves as a staple in the Synthpop genre since their formation in 2011. With an impressive discography that includes four albums and two EPs to date, the band from the Ruhr area has solidified their place in the music scene.
The musical connection between Marc and Paul, which had crossed paths even before 2011, proved to be fertile ground for the development of a fascinating sound. Their collaboration combines different musical focuses into a new, recognizable musical unit. The Saint Paul create a sound characterized by elements of Dark-Electro and EBM, while also touching the core of Synthie- and Futurepop, creating a unique ambivalence.

With energetic performances at festivals such as the Wave-Gotik-Treffen (WGT) or the Nocturnal Culture Night (NCN) Festival, the band has made a name for themselves. Their role as support for established acts like Front 242 and SITD, as well as joint performances with The Invincible Spirit or Intent:Outtake, has enabled them to reach a wide audience.
