Christus by Saint Elisabeth

A new release from Saint Elisabeth, Christus has required many hours of simple sound and meditation. This album is a prayer, a plea for rest that can only be provided by Christ. I turn to the Lord in my brokenness. My physical and emotional sufferings are offered up for others in unity with Christ and His Passion. May we all use our discomfort to purge sin from our lives, strengthen our commitment to God, and come together as deeply compassionate human beings.
The two tracks here are straightforward walls of noise, as I wanted to strip everything unnecessary out of my mind, soul, and the project. These sounds feel right, and the release has been very helpful in maintaining my balance and focus. Love to you all.
