Joey Martinez is a Colombian born in Bogota in the 90’s, who from a very young age began exploring music with a guitar. Over the years, Joey became the voice and sound that transformed a generation under Ruzto - his first identity; now in this new facet tries to recreate those memories through textures in sampled beats from old records he has been collecting overtime in his career.
On the cover of this album is his grandfather, the first Martinez who ventured decades ago with his profession as automotive electrician; few of its kind on those days and whom raised a family of 9 men.
Today, through low fidelity beats a tribute to memories is recreated, as it is usual with this artist and it will be the basis for new beginnings in this new alter ego, RUZTO aka Joey Martinez.
