Secret Medicine from No Relation by Rich Wasson
More or less a tale of trying to achieve love in the age of decaying capitalism. Secret Medicine itself is reference to a line in a poem by Rumi, in which he states that "there is a secret medicine given only to those who hurt so hard they cannot heal".
