Still Waters by Richard Wiegel
An all-instrumental CD I'm making available as a free download, and don't feel shy about entering $0 in the purchase price. I want to give a gift to folks who have been hearing me perform these songs at my live shows over the last 10 years or so. Recorded, mixed,and mastered on Pro Tools in my home studio; "Wiegel Room.” Recorded in summer 2018 in one hot week in July (we had to keep turning off the AC so you wouldn't hear it on the recording), and mixed in January 2019 during the polar vortex. A study in contrasts! Many thanks to Pat Davis for helping with that, and Jim Wildeman for the album art.

"Magic Wind" is my most personal CD. After I wrote 'She Liked The Wind', I realized I had written several songs about a failed relationship that included or referenced the wind, and her. I think they make up a collection of songs that fit together and tell a story.
