Half Life by The Runner
Il sound del nuovo album di The Runner prende le distanze dal dubstep di "Visiting Hours", riducendo anche le incursioni in territorio lo-fi. I brani sono ugualmente vigorosi, ma più umbratili ed opprimenti, grazie all'ampio uso di riverberi e alla strumentazione più tradizionale. Non mancano passaggi più prettamente dance, come nella doppietta che chiude il disco.
Le tracce vocali registrate dal vivo impreziosiscono "Water Treatment Facility", "Dreamer", "No One Seems to Care", "Hazel Eyes" e "Virgo Rising".
