“Luganarâm” is a collaborative dungeon synth release from US based artist, Nahadoth, and UK project, Zundmarazkhulshilkîn. The album is about the bleeding together of realities, where Clark Ashton Smith's Tsathoggua lurks in Tolkien's Mirkwood. This alternate reality is captured beautifully on the cover image, illustrated by Silvana Massa Art, where a darkened entity looms behind a party of Lord of the Rings characters in “[t]he greatest forest of the Northern world”. This conceptual synthesis is evident in the music which ranges from adventurous fantasy tones, to forest-synth ambience, to darkened passages hinting at hyperborean horror.
Limited to 30 hand-dubbed copies on pearl white cassette shells with full color pro J-card.
