electric karma by ['ramp]

the music presented here was recorded in late 2005 and early 2006. "assassins" came into being when composing a little piece of music that was to accompany a press feature about me and ['ramp] in the march 2006 issue of german "keyboards" magazine.

"dharma" and "demon gorge" were recorded in early march 2006 when i was toying around with an electronic tabla that cosmic hoffmann had bought for me in delhi when travelling india in 2004.

even though the three tracks were made available as a download-only album through iapetus and musiczeit some ten years ago, i never fancied releasing them officially on cd -- probably because they are significantly different from what i would normally release under the ['ramp] moniker. here they are now -- enjoy.

by the way, the hindu demon that adorns the sleeve is called "sankt futzack" ("saint sillybuggers, the obnoxious") -- klaus gave it to me when i moved into my first flat back in 2001. prior to that, it had always adorned his studio door in order to keep the gremlins out of the studio where they would make the equipment installed play silly buggers.
