Another Lifetime EP by pyxis, Alpha Rhythm

pyxis and Alpha Rhythm have teamed up and delivered this ethereal selection they’ve titled ‘Another Lifetime’

‘Opacity’ opens like an otherworldly dream. Shades of melancholy techno wash over the track whilst crispy drums and soundsystem shaking bass anchors the rhythm.

‘Wanna Say Goodbye’ has sadness yet somehow manages to strut with intention. It feels like it may be the end of something but after the gospel revelation of the breakdown the second half finds its intention and offers a much more optimistic feel.

‘Hummingberg’ draws again from a pallet of techno mixed with flashes of classical elements whirling around like a sea of never ending reverb and twisting soundscapes.

Last up our mate Note has joined us with a remix of a previous release from these two; ‘In A Lifetime’. Rolling, gorgeousness, exactly as you’d expect from this collection of artists.

This release will be released 5 years to the day that we introduced pyxis to the scene with her debut release. Her debut was also the release that kick started us into our second phase of goldfat and made us decide this was more than just a hobby.
