A collection of songs, some satirical, some tributary, some freaky-deaky-doo. My first collection of songs for the new age. The cover image is shot from the highest hotel in Europe. The title track is about how much modern music is a kind of tranquiliser. As Elvis Costello noted 'the radio is in the hands of such a lot of fools trying to anesthetize the way you feel'
