The Suburboid single depicts a citizen's weekend journey, away from the everyday automated sequences, and into the open country-side surroundings.
Here, however, the traveller does not fully escape the grip of the ubiquitous industrial.
Thu suburban world neatly integrates and masks widely distributed markers of technology — a special kind of them — subtle, noninvasive.
Giant powerline poles in the distance create their own openwork forest, rising in a web of wires. Faraway departing trains add their own harmonics to the wind in the grass. A lonely aircraft grazes the sky, making a yawning sound, coming, as it seems, from everywhere around.
There's not so much time in the weekend. But there are lots of space.

Сингл Suburboid повествует о поездке городского жителя в конце недели подальше от повседневных автоматизированных процессов, в открытую загородную среду. Однако, и в этих краях вездесущий дух промышленности не отпускает путника полностью. Пригородный мир аккуратно интегрирует и маскирует широко разбросанные признаки технологического прогресса — особые, тонкие, ненавязчивые. Гигантские опоры линий электропередач вдали формируют свой собственный ажурный лес, возвышаясь в паутине проводов. Поезда, уходя в горизонт, вносят свои обертона в шелест полевых трав. Одинокий самолет пасется в небе, издавая, как-бы, зевающий звук, который, как кажется, доносится одновременно со всех сторон.
Выходные содержат в себе не так уж много времени. Зато много пространства.

Prebore is a conceptual project, experimenting in a genre-spectrum, defined by such keywords as dark, ambient, noise, drone, minimal. The main idea is to collect industrial sounds like the ones you find at construction sites and factories or produced by automated tools, and place them into an artistic perspective, extracting rhythm and harmony out of everyday background machinery humming
