Disco has historically been overlooked or dismissed as a novelty, but a dedicated group of DJs—particularly in Southeast Asia and Europe—are keeping the genre alive. In a time when music is primarily consumed digitally, countless records remain inaccessible online. Much of this music survives only through the efforts of these DJs.
This album, this mix, is both a tribute to their work and a dedication to the many artists whose contributions have been lost to time.
