Pearsoll Peak label-founders Dylan Howe and Matthew Pepitone present a new EP under their Julius Theory moniker.
Inspired by psychedelic artwork they saw on a Bic lighter of a magical wizard, holding Earth in their hands, Ancient Players is an EP that explores world building (literally) through seven chapters of big bang cosmology.
Across blistering modular experiments and claustrophobic trip-hop jam tests, Ancient Players is another emotive, out-there volume in Julius Theory's increasingly dense and disorienting discography. Definitely one for the heads.
