I can't deny, this one is rather bleak. It's a tone poem for the apocalypse, a quiet reflection of despair. I've been listening to Messiaen's Quartet for the end of Time quite a lot and trying to avoid the human mess that is Twitter (but failing). There are also Lustmord and Popol Vuh influences here, all of which set the scene for a cheery new novel I'm writing (that I hope to complete before the zombies come for my brain).
