Dream Factory is the second album from Path To Elda. The album is a sonic odyssey that delves deep into the realms of shoegaze and psychedelic rock, taking the listener on an expansive and immersive journey through a sonic tapestry woven from a lifetime of musical yearning.
Building on the foundation of I Fell Asleep, Dream Factory showcases Elda's growth as an artist and an individual. The album's lyrics explore themes of transformation, authenticity, and breaking free from the past. Its seamless flow blends trip-hop, psychedelic indie rock, shoegaze, ambient, and progressive rock. Each movement moves effortlessly into the next to make a statement on love, transformation and personal growth.
Influenced by the ethereal beauty of Sigur Ros, the introspective depth of Radiohead, and the boundary-pushing experimentation of Brian Eno, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and HEALTH, this album transcends the confines of individual songs.
Dream Factory was recorded, mixed and mastered by Elda Calrissian at her home studio.
