The great mouth of the maelstrom

Pulling me further to the heart

Flashing white stars sweep through the amethyst veil
Mirrored reflection fades to an aperture of time
I am the wind fall before the sea
The great ritual complete

Torrents, cruel and unforgiving.
oh despair, pull me asunder.
My soul weighted with ire, like a stone
The cold embrace of darkened tides,
drink me in and take me home.

Further into the deep
The hungry voracious hands of the current
Pulling me as if to tear me limb from limb
