I like to think pretending is ok and the truth is I did Pretend. I was filled with smiles by day, tears by dusk and when Midnight came the Desire haunted me most. I wanted to be touched but most of all I wanted to be seen.
I kept saying to myself I’ll Wait for You, I Still Love You, Just Relax, everything will be fine.
The truth is it wasn’t.
